About Narratent Digital Marketing
Narratent is a national digital marketing agency headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and started in 2019. Founded by Desmon Walker and Allen Shelton, we are best known for our work with NBC Sports, Universal Music Group, Ten To One Rum, Pronghorn, WayMaker, and RUSH University Medical Center.
Narratent has created websites, social media content, search engine optimization, and more for dozens of brands across all major cities of the United States.
Our Co-Founders met in college in 2012, soon becoming coworkers, fraternity brothers, and roommates. While working corporate jobs in advertising sales and marketing, Desmon and Allen built websites for small businesses as a side hustle. Eventually, the side hustle pivoted into an agency in 2021. Since then we have added two full-time employees.

About The Role
Narratent is hiring a full-time Content Coordinator to assist with social media publishing, community management, and digital marketing operations. This role will initially work on a short-term project basis for 30 to 90 days. The successful candidate will then be converted to full-time based on performance, cultural fit, and need. Work weeks will start at 15-20 hours and increase based on the need.

Responsibilities
- Support the Content Strategist with developing social media strategies and content
- Source secondary or non-branded content from the internet and social and stay abreast of cultural norms and trends
- Organize social media calendar and publish final assets (image, video, graphics)
- Engage with followers, group members, and online audiences
- Stay abreast of social media trends and recommend new content weekly
- Attend and contribute value to brainstorms, project huddles, and client meetings
- Supports the team generally with various digital marketing agency operations that are subject to evolve as client and project needs shift
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proficiency consuming and creating social media content
- 0-2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience
- Strong professional and organizational practices
