Joy is a native Chicagoan, Southside to be exact, and enjoys reading, swimming, and talking back. As a self-proclaimed extroverted introvert, she enjoys being around her friends and bringing books to bars. When she isn't working at Narratent, you can catch her hopping on a plane or getting an outfit off.

Joy started at Narratent in August of 2023 and has been killing the game since. She's worked with Waymaker, Curly Culture, and Pronghorn, and her favorite project was the 2023 CAF Awards. 

With a background in finance marketing, Joy has been everything from an executive assistant, to the marketing manager for a secondary financing company. As an SIU alumna, with an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration, she keeps the team in tip-top shape. 

If Joy weren't working at Narratent she'd be on a beach or in a pool, sipping something fruity and designing the latest plus-size fashions. But according to her, she'd still miss us.
