Black Americans make up 12% of spirits consumers but are underrepresented in the workforce and possess little to no brand ownership. Backed by Diageo, Pronghorn, is taking a modern, disruptive approach to diversifying the spirits industry’s entire ecosystem. Pronghorn is investing substantial capital in Black-owned brands and founders, supercharging primary areas of opportunity such as marketing and supply chain, and connecting intrapreneurs to career opportunities. 

 

Pronghorn has so far invested in 20+ Black-owned brands. Long term plans calls for it to secure 57 total investments along with recruit 2K Black professionals within the decade. Once realized, the effort is projected to have a $2.4 billion impact. Given its mission, Pronghorn put out the call for help from a Black-owned agency. Narratent answered the call, won the account, and remains on a long-term retainer for social media services.
