The WayMaker Men’s Summit is an annual gathering designed to empower men through keynotes, workshops, and community. Narratent was hired to dramatically scale attendance.

The summit plateaued at 750 attendees and needed a real marketing effort to break through to a mass audience.

Narratent’s inaugural campaign built anticipation through speaker spotlights, a repurposed library of evergreen videos from past events, info and announcements.
2024 CAMPAIGN
SEPTEMBER 2024
After driving registrations from 750 to 1.7K, 2024 doubled down on organic social content pillars: stage, attendee POVs, BTS and green room. We also expanded reach through an aggressive paid media strategy and influencers, rounded out with sponsored activation content — ultimately doubling registrations to 3.6K people.
2025 CAMPAIGN
JUNE 2025
After three years of learning and scaling, we refined the summit’s playbook with data-driven targeting, short-form video-first strategy, and community-driven content that pushed registrations past 4.4K.
